Spanish Meducation® is the practical medical Spanish program
offered through the Travis County Medical Society since 1994. The
10-week program is designed for all health care professionals: physicians, pharmacists, nurses, therapists, social workers, technicians, emergency personnel, and support staff. Spanish Meducation classes develop beginning, intermediate, and advanced conversational skills in general Spanish with a focus on medical usage.

Level II-Basic (Beginner-Plus)

Level III-High Basic

Level IV- Low Intermediate

Advanced Conversation

TUITION
NOTE: Early registration discount of $25 by January 7. Early rates are: $225
for new students, $205 for continuing students, and $185 for QRO program
students.
After January 7, tuition fees:$250 for new students, $230 for continuing students,
and $210 for Quertaro immersion program students.
• Handouts are included in the tuition fee. No textbook is required.
• Free condensed make-up lessons for level I absences are provided.
• Classes are held at the Travis County Medical Society, 4300 N. Lamar.

Queretaro, Mexico-Spring Excursion
The next week-long medical Spanish excursion program is scheduled for April 25-May 3. The location of our program is Querétaro, a beautiful mountainous city in interior Mexico. We have been affiliated with the Centro Intercultural de Querétaro since 2001. The program cost of $895 per adult and $795 per child includes home-stay with families, full room and board, general
and medical Spanish classes, guided visits to area medical facilities,
workshops in Mexican cooking and dancing, fine arts events,
2 excursions outside the city (day trip to San Miguel de Allende and
overnight stay in Guanajuato), and much more! Round-trip airfare is
a separate expense. Deposit is due by February 6 or full payment by
